About the Role

The Sales Merchandiser position is responsible for executing Anderson Merchandisers standards to drive sales and meet retailer and client expectations. Reporting to the Market Sales Manager, this role requires daily communication and follow-up with the Territory Sales Lead. You will build rapport with store associates and management, educating customers and staff on the features and benefits of our client's brands. Your day-to-day involves executing projects, resets, and displays with high accuracy to maintain account aesthetics and exceed client expectations. You will also utilize handheld devices to track activities, report sales opportunities, and ensure confidentiality for the company, client, and retailer.
