About the Role
This position is dedicated to delivering a highly satisfied customer experience. You will embody our customer experience principles by engaging with all customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Your role involves adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while supporting the business through cross-training in multiple store areas. You will model established customer experience practices, promote a positive culture rooted in honesty and respect, and ensure the sales floor remains inviting and efficient.
