Retail Maintenance Specialist | Evening Shift

Valley Pacific is seeking a Retail Maintenance Specialist to join our Santa Maria team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our facility's operations, ensuring the maintenance, cleanliness, and organization of the store environment. You will work a 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM shift, playing a vital part in delivering a positive experience for our customers and supporting our retail employees.

Your day will focus on keeping the station at a "Customer First" level. This involves effectively running and troubleshooting all retail equipment, performing landscaping tasks, and maintaining a safe, welcoming atmosphere. You will work closely with the Station Manager to ensure that customers and staff are never exposed to physically dangerous situations. As a trusted team member, you will be expected to multi-task, prioritize your schedule, and respond promptly to urgent or unusual situations without supervision.
