About the Role As our Repair Tech (Guitar), you will provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in the maintenance of specific store inventory. This role is designed to continually build and increase the business through great customer experience and quality work. Successful Repair Technicians are characterized by a deep customer focus, understanding service principles to provide an excellent experience. They are approachable, genuine, knowledgeable, encouraging, passionate, and committed to helping customers. They possess initiative, identifying opportunities and issues to follow through on work activities without being requested. They are also eager to learn quickly and develop knowledge in product, store operations, sales, and leadership. Additionally, they are able to work through the GC certification program to gain a base understanding of products and sales techniques, and effectively train learners by communicating information and techniques so they are retained.
