Registered Dietitian or CNS

About the Role

We are seeking entrepreneurial and empathetic Registered Dietitians (RDs) and Certified Nutrition Specialists (CNSs) to help bring medical nutrition therapy (MNT) to all. This is a fully flexible 1099 contractor role designed for clinicians who want to work only when they choose, from anywhere in the U.S.

Berry Street is tackling America's most comprehensive health crisis: food. With more than half of Americans struggling with their relationship with food, clinically overweight, or experiencing diet-linked chronic conditions, the need for accessible nutrition therapy has never been greater. While clinical research proves nutrition therapy makes a difference, many commercial health plans cover it at $0 out-of-pocket, yet access remains limited.

We empower independent dietitians to accept insurance and grow thriving private practices by removing the administrative burden. We provide comprehensive credentialing, scheduling, referral, and technical support, allowing clinicians to focus entirely on providing outstanding client care. Our mission is to ensure everyone has access to personalized nutrition therapy covered by insurance, enabling clinicians to serve the communities they care about rather than just those who can afford to pay out of pocket.

Hiring Process

To join our team, you must hold an active registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or the Board for Certification of Nutrition Specialists (BCNS), along with the appropriate state licensure. Once you apply, we offer expedited credentialing to see insurance clients in as few as 30 days. We provide dedicated support 7 days a week to assist with onboarding, eligibility verification, and practice growth.
