About the Role
FedEx is seeking Retail Customer Associates to work in FedEx Office retail locations. In this role, you will assist customers with shipping services, printing services, and business service solutions. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive professional and efficient support for their mailing, shipping, and printing needs.
Your Impact
As a Retail Customer Associate, you are responsible for greeting customers and engaging with customers to understand their requirements. You will help customers choose the best shipping options, process payments, and prepare packages for shipment, and ensure all the way to labeling and entering them into the FedEx tracking system. Additionally, you will operate printing and copying equipment to assist with document services, including scanning, faxing, and other business services. Maintaining a clean and organized retail store environment is essential to providing a positive customer experience.
