About the Role

FedEx is seeking Retail Customer Associates to join our team as a Retail Customer Associate to work within our FedEx Office retail locations. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing professional assistance with shipping services, printing solutions, and business needs. Your mission is to ensure a positive customer experience by helping clients navigate shipping options, process payments, and prepare packages, and utilize various business services efficiently.

Day in the Life

As a Retail Customer Associate, you will greet customers and assist them with a wide range of needs, including shipping, mailing, and printing. and printing services. You will be responsible for processing shipping orders, preparing packages for shipment, and ensuring proper labeling, and entering package details into the FedEx tracking system. Additionally, you will operate printing and copying equipment to assist customers with document printing, scanning, and faxing. Your duties also include answering phones, managing customer orders, and maintaining a clean and organized retail store environment. You will follow FedEx customer service procedures, shipping guidelines, and retail sales procedures to deliver high-quality service.

Compensation
