About the Role
FedEx is seeking Retail Customer Associates to join the team at FedEx Office retail locations. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them with a wide range of shipping, printing, and business service solutions. Your mission is to provide professional, efficient, and friendly customer service while ensuring that all shipping, mailing, and printing needs are met with precision.
As a Retail Customer Associate, you will play a key part in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming retail store environment. You will be responsible for greeting customers, processing shipping orders, and handling packaging and labeling to ensure packages are properly prepared and entered into the FedEx tracking system. Additionally, you will operate printing and copying equipment, assist with document services such as scanning and faxing, and manage customer orders and payments.
