About the Role
As a Retail Customer Service Representative (Pawnbroker), you will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers daily to facilitate sales and negotiate mutually satisfying agreements on a wide variety of items, including jewelry, electronics, and musical instruments. Your goal is to provide a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that sets us apart from the competition.
This role is designed for those who are self-motivated with a positive, outgoing personality and a strong work ethic. You will thrive in a culture that values relationship building and excellent customer service, serving as a key member of our team in a dynamic retail setting.

- Trainee Program: Start with a 5-week paid training program. Upon completion, you earn a $0.50 raise and a promotion to Pawnbroker.
- Certification: Continue to grow by entering the Pawnbroker Certification Program to earn an additional $1/hour.
- Leadership: Excel and explore opportunities to promote to Lead Pawnbroker (Shift Manager).
- Management: Follow the career path to apply for a Store Manager in Training position, which includes a 12-week training program to build the foundation to run your own store.
