The Retail Branch Manager I is the heartbeat of our local branch, responsible for the growth of consumer and business customer relationships, community engagement, and instore partner relationships. Your mission is to deliver the "Woodforest Experience" to every customer, every day, every time. You will act as a "Keeper of the Woodforest Culture," creating energy around retail objectives while leading a team to achieve profitability and sales goals.

You will lead a community engagement strategy alongside a Community Development Relationship Manager, ensuring the branch remains a vital resource for local financial needs.
