As an Event Staff member, you will serve as the face of the venue, effectively using product knowledge to sell merchandise and uphold our customer service program. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment and enjoy balancing multiple tasks to create outstanding experiences for every guest.
You will be responsible for greeting customers, responding to inquiries, and directing them to merchandise to improve engagement. Your day will involve operating cash registers, achieving individual sales goals, and actively introducing promotions to increase in-store sales. By cross-selling products and maintaining an orderly appearance on the sales floor, you will directly contribute to the store's success while adhering to all policies and security procedures.

Our compensation structure includes overtime pay at 1.5 times the regular rate on company-observed holidays.
