Our teams are comprised of hardworking, dedicated individuals who work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, ranging from hot outdoor environments to refrigerator and freezer settings. A thorough and comprehensive training and safety program provides the skills our associates need to be successful.
About the Role
We are currently hiring for Outbound (Shipping) positions on the 1st shift with a 7 AM start time. This role is essential to fulfilling orders received from stores efficiently. Associates will receive or select stock, relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines, and sort, organize, and load items strategically for shipment. The position also involves unloading incoming shipments, performing general cleaning duties to meet safety standards, and participating in inventory counts. Success in this role requires cooperating effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership, as well as providing input to management on process improvements. Associates must inspect products for quality and safety concerns and operate equipment according to strict safety guidelines.
Schedules and Commitment
While specific schedules vary by shift (A1, A2, B, C, or D), the average commitment for warehouse employees is approximately 30 to 35 hours per week. Full-time employees are defined as those averaging 30 or more hours per week within an annual lookback period. Schedules include rotating weekends, weekday-only shifts, and specific days off, with pay scales increasing over the first five years of employment.
