About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will partner with the Store Manager to develop outstanding associates, deliver exceptional and consistent customer experiences, and positively impact growth across Bath & Body Works. Our store leaders are the front line of our field leadership team: retail and customer-savvy, dedicated brand ambassadors who thrive on the connections we make with our customers.

In this role, you will set the direction and goals for each shift, ensuring the team is ready to create genuine connections with customers. You will lead exceptional in-store experiences by modeling selling behaviors rooted in our values and elevated product knowledge. Your day will involve training, coaching, and motivating associates to improve selling and the customer experience, while also managing operational activities like floorset direction and vendor relationships.
