About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will partner with the Store Manager to develop outstanding associates, deliver exceptional and consistent customer experiences, and positively impact growth across Bath & Body Works. Our store leaders are the front line of our field leadership team: retail and customer-savvy, dedicated brand ambassadors who thrive on the connections we make with our customers. In this role, you will set the direction for the day or shift, lead exceptional in-store customer experiences, and foster a customer-focused selling culture. You will be responsible for training, coaching, and motivating associates to improve selling and the customer experience, ensuring that every interaction reflects our values and elevated product knowledge.
