About the Role
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will partner with the Store Manager to develop outstanding associates, deliver exceptional and consistent customer experiences, and positively impact growth across Bath & Body Works. Our store leaders are the front line of our field leadership team: retail and customer-savvy, dedicated brand ambassadors who thrive on the connections we make with our customers. You will set the direction for the day or shift, lead exceptional in-store customer experiences, and create genuine connections by uncovering needs and sharing product information. This role is about fostering a customer-focused selling culture and inspiring your team to be their best.

Requirements
