About the Role

This evergreen requisition builds a pipeline of candidates for future openings. While this posting for a Retail Assistant Manager - Part-Time at our Store 1201-Maple Valley ShpCtr-maurices-Farmington, MO remains open year-round, actual hiring needs may vary. In this challenging and rewarding role, you will assist in the supervision of a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience. As a sales lead, you will interact with customers regularly, leading the customer experience alongside the team. You will strategize to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, efficiently execute maurices Standard Operating Practices (SOPs), such as opening and closing the store. You will work within a growth-minded atmosphere in a positive and supportive environment, embodying our "Work Smart and Have Fun" value.
