The Retail Account Manager serves as a full-time brand ambassador for Stine Seed Company, covering Central Illinois. This role is designed for a professional who thrives in the field and is eager to grow both personally and financially within a supportive environment. You will act as the primary link between Stine and our retail dealers, fostering strong relationships to drive sales and brand awareness.
In this position, you will manage a territory of retail locations, conducting at least twenty on-site visits weekly. Your day-to-day involves promoting Stine's corn and soybean products, providing dealers with updated agronomic data and promotional materials, and recruiting new retail prospects. You will work closely with our seasoned leadership team and professional agronomy staff to develop annual goals, implement sales training, and oversee product demonstration plots. This role offers a unique opportunity to utilize provided resources, including a company vehicle, laptop, and a dedicated budget, to build a successful career in ag retail.
