We are seeking a Retail Account Manager to cover Northern Illinois. In this full-time role, you will serve as a brand ambassador for Stine, representing an excellent opportunity to grow professionally and financially. You will act as the primary link between our company and our retail dealer network, fostering strong relationships to drive sales and brand awareness.
Your day will involve visiting key retail locations, with a requirement of at least twenty on-site dealer visits per week. You will provide dealers with updated product data, agronomic insights, and promotional materials while collecting side-by-side yield data to support product training. Working alongside our seasoned leadership team and professional agronomy staff, you will help develop annual goals for key retail locations, recruit new dealers, and implement sales training initiatives. This role offers the autonomy to work with minimum supervision while utilizing provided resources like a company vehicle, laptop, and promotional budget to achieve established targets.

Three or more years of ag retail and seed sales experience. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with retailers by understanding their needs and values and achieving desired results.
