About the Role
As a Panera Retail Team Member Cashier, you are the friendly face our guests see first. You are always warm and welcoming, taking orders with care to help guests feel at home and sending them off with a smile every time. You will be an ambassador of our Guiding Values and Behaviors, making people smile, learning and growing together, finding solutions, taking initiative, and working as a team to celebrate success.
Hiring Process
To join our team, you must be at least 16 years of age and complete basic food safety understanding and practice training (Food Handler's Card, as required by law). We look for individuals who can work and learn in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, including nights and weekends.
