About the Role
As a Restaurant Staff team member, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive communication and a commitment to excellence. You will work closely with management to address scheduling needs, resolve customer service challenges, and report equipment issues promptly.
Your day-to-day impact involves maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. This includes preparing products according to company quality standards, managing inventory, and ensuring all customer service areas—from the dining room and condiment stations to restrooms and landscaping—are spotless. You will also play a key role in fiscal responsibility by adhering to cash handling policies and demonstrating strong teamwork by supporting your fellow Customer Service Representatives.
