Taco Bell - Edmondson Pike is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Staff team member to join our group in Nashville, TN. Our mission is to deliver exceptional hospitality and service standards to our customers, ensuring a commitment to excellence in every interaction.
About the Role
As a Restaurant Staff team member, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for creating a welcoming environment while maintaining the highest levels of quality and safety. This role is essential to our daily operations, requiring you to effectively communicate with management regarding scheduling, customer needs, and equipment status. You will work collaboratively as a team player, contributing to the team's success and supporting fellow Customer Service Representatives.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring all products are stocked, maintained, and prepared according to company quality standards. You will be tasked with maintaining a clean and safe working environment, which involves cleaning customer service areas, dining rooms, restrooms, and food production units, as well as managing outside landscaping and building entrances. Additionally, you will demonstrate fiscal responsibility by adhering to cash handling policies and maintaining strict standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health.
