The Restaurant Manager works closely with the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Executive Kitchen Manager to oversee planning, organizing, training, and development. Together, the leadership team ensures the shared achievement of objectives in finance, safety, quality, and the cultural environment of the restaurant. This position also maintains partnership relationships with Kitchen Managers, Catering Office, and Restaurant Support Center Teams.
