About the Role
The Restaurant Manager serves as the key front-of-house leader for our high-volume restaurant, bar, and event spaces. This role is essential for ensuring that service standards, cleanliness, staffing support, and guest satisfaction are consistently maintained. You will partner closely with the Executive Chef and hotel leadership to drive strategic planning and coordinate all day-to-day activities.
In this position, you will lead by example on the floor, resolving service issues and ensuring a seamless guest experience. Your day will involve managing guest flow, curating the bar program to maximize margins, and overseeing the execution of banquet and private events. You will also play a vital role in shaping our culture by assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and leading daily pre-service briefings to keep the team aligned on food, beverage, and operational goals.
Hiring Process

The process includes a review of your experience in large-scale, upscale, or multi-outlet beverage and restaurant operations, followed by discussions regarding your approach to cost control, labor management, and guest service excellence.
