About Sonny's Place
Sonny's Place is a locally owned family entertainment center in Western New England, dedicated to providing safe, fun, and entertaining activities for families. Since opening in 2008, we have continually invested in expanding our offerings, evolving from a driving range to a destination featuring over thirteen attractions, four dining options, and three fully equipped bars. Our most recent additions include the Monkey Mahem Miniature Golf Course and Bumper Boats.

About the Role
The Manager on Duty (MOD) serves as the operational heartbeat of our facility, overseeing the everyday functioning of our diverse attractions and hospitality venues. This role is designed for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about team development and guest satisfaction.
As the MOD, you will act as the primary point of contact for all staff during your shift, ensuring that daily inspections, opening checklists, and safety compliance are met before and throughout the day. You will collaborate closely with the General Manager to coach, mentor, and train team members, fostering a culture of excellence. Your day involves interacting directly with guests to resolve concerns and ensure high service standards, while simultaneously monitoring food and beverage operations to adhere to all State and Federal Health Codes and Liquor Laws. This position requires adaptability, punctuality, and the ability to handle emergencies with composure.
