About the Role
As a General Manager at TMart, you will be the driving force behind the success of your location. This role is designed for motivated individuals who want to grow with a company that invests in their future. You will not just manage a restaurant; you will build a culture where safety, brand standards, and guest satisfaction are paramount.
Our approach to leadership is unique. All managerial hires begin as "Management Trainees" in a paid, internal training program that spans eight weeks. This "slow-walk" training ensures you fully understand every position you will oversee, gaining the knowledge and credibility needed to lead your team with poise. As you advance through Shift Lead, Assistant Manager, and General Manager certifications, you will unlock bonuses and opportunities for advancement, including the Multi-Unit Manager Training Program.
