We are currently seeking motivated and inspiring General Managers throughout Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Michigan. As part of TMart, one of the largest and fastest-growing Dunkin' franchise groups in the area, you will join a team that owns over seventy Dunkin'/Baskin-Robbins locations with more in development. Our General Managers are the foundation of our winning teams, dedicated to building a culture that ensures a fun and safe environment for both our guests and employees.
About the Role
This role is designed for individuals ready to become successful, knowledgeable leaders through our paid, internal training program. The position serves as a partnership in the company's development, offering a clear path to long-term success. You will be set up to lead with poise and credibility, having first mastered all positions you will oversee. The journey begins as a "Management Trainee," where you will slow-walk through a comprehensive training process to ensure you are fully knowledgeable of our systems and processes. As you advance through levels such as Shift Lead and Assistant Manager, you will earn certifications and bonuses, culminating in your role as a Certified General Manager.
