The Restaurant General Manager serves as the executive leader of a single restaurant, driving profitability while championing exceptional guest experiences and team development. Operating under the direction of the District Manager, you hold overall responsibility for daily operations and directly manage a diverse team of 20 to 45 employees, including Assistant Managers, Shift Coordinators, and Team Members.
In this role, you will be the heartbeat of the restaurant, ensuring that every aspect of the business thrives. You will actively manage the restaurant's P&L, reviewing key financial lines to drive sales and increase profitability. Beyond the numbers, you will motivate your team to deliver accurate, friendly, and fast service in a clean facility, ensuring guest expectations are not just met but exceeded.
You will also be the face of the restaurant in the community, identifying opportunities to engage prospective guests and execute local marketing initiatives. Your leadership will extend to building a strong team culture through effective recruitment, comprehensive onboarding, and continuous coaching. By fostering an environment of recognition and growth, you will raise the capabilities of your entire team.
