As a General Manager, you will serve as the guiding force behind your restaurant's success. Your mission is to create a positive culture and maintain high team morale while executing action plans that align with company goals. You will oversee daily operations, ensuring that staffing, sales growth, cost management, and guest experience are consistently optimized. This role is about more than just managing a location; it is about building community relationships, driving profitability, and being a role model who fosters development and accountability within your team.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation. The selection process includes a successful completion of a background check and motor vehicle report. Once selected, you will complete all necessary training requirements, including the Zaxbys General Manager Development Plan, Operations Excellence Capstone Class, and Food Safety Certification.
