About the Role
As an Assistant Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our restaurant operations. Your mission is to ensure that every guest leaves with a great experience while maintaining the highest operational standards. You will manage the daily rhythm of the restaurant, guiding the team to properly follow all processes, policies, and procedures. This role is about more than just supervision; it is about creating an effective work schedule, planning shift assignments, and coaching team members to perform at their highest level of ability. You will be responsible for upholding service, product quality, and cleanliness standards, while fostering a positive culture and healthy team morale through recognition and leading by example.
Hiring Process
Candidates must successfully complete a background check. Upon selection, you will be required to complete all training requirements, including the Zaxbys Assistant Manager Development Plan, Food Safety Certification, and Manager Certification, along with any additional training required by Zax LLC.
