About the Role
As an Assistant Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our restaurant operations. Your mission is to ensure that every guest receives a great experience while maintaining the highest operational standards. You will manage the daily rhythm of the restaurant, ensuring that your team properly follows all processes, policies, and procedures. This role is about more than just supervision; it is about creating an effective work schedule, planning shift assignments, and leading by example to foster a positive culture and healthy team morale. You will be responsible for coaching team members to perform at their highest level, handling guest and team member concerns with respect, and ensuring compliance with all safety and legal guidelines.
