About the Role
This position is designed for individuals ready to join a supportive team where they can learn and grow. You will be responsible for preparing menu items according to company policies and performance standards, ensuring that food costs are managed and the kitchen remains clean at all times. Your work directly impacts guest satisfaction and the quality of the work environment.
In this role, you will collaborate with the Kitchen Manager or Manager on Duty to maximize service quality. You will be expected to anticipate and identify system breakdowns to ensure seamless operations, while communicating effectively with front-of-house staff to provide exceptional guest service. Whether assisting with prep items, maintaining sanitation standards, or supporting team members, your contributions help create the extraordinary dining experiences Perkins is known for.
