The Respite Provider position offers a unique opportunity to support individuals with developmental disabilities by assisting with daily tasks, giving parents and guardians a necessary break from providing care. This role is vital in maintaining the well-being of the families we serve.
A defining characteristic of this position is the flexibility and variety in scheduling. Unlike traditional roles with consistent weekly hours, Respite Providers often work on an occasional, weekly, or weekend basis depending on the specific needs of the individual and their family. You will be working with families in need of Respite Care all around the Middlesex area.
