About the Team

Life Line Screening is the industry-leading preventive healthcare company, having screened millions of patients over 30 years. We provide screenings to over 650,000 people annually, leveraging best-in-class service and innovative technologies to deliver comprehensive health insights to our customers. Our mission is to help adults gain useful insight into their health through medically appropriate screenings administered by a dedicated team of trained professionals.

About the Role

As a Medical Assistant with Life Line Screening, you will join an established and stable company where you can grow your skillset in a dynamic environment. This role is ideal for new graduates or those seeking a career change with significant opportunities for advancement. You will be part of a mobile team that travels to different community locations, bringing preventive healthcare directly to the people who need it.

In this position, you will perform a variety of screenings including Ankle Brachial Index, Osteoporosis Risk Assessment, Atrial Fibrillation checks, and blood tests. Your day will involve managing front desk registration, collaborating with teammates to load and unload equipment, and driving the company van. You will work in a fast-paced setting where accuracy and a passion for helping others are held to the highest standards. The schedule runs Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays, planned three months in advance to accommodate travel distances and customer needs.

Why Join Us

We offer a unique work-life balance with no work on holidays or Sundays, and no on-call or third-shift requirements. While there is plenty of opportunity for overtime, you will be compensated for both travel time and on-site event hours. We provide a comprehensive benefits package available after just 30 days, including medical, dental, vision, disability coverage, and a 401k with an employer match. Additionally, we offer paid time off, professional development opportunities, and a tiered bonus structure ($500 at 3 months, $500 at 6 months, and $1,000 at 12 months) to reward your commitment.

Equal Opportunity

Life Line Screening is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. Employment decisions are made without regard to race, color, religion, national or ethnic origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, protected veteran status, or other characteristics protected by law. We only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States. Any offer of employment is conditional upon the successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
