About the Role

The Respiratory Therapist – Ventilator Support serves as a Field Clinician dedicated to delivering specialized respiratory care to ventilator-dependent patients in home and alternate care settings. This role is designed for those passionate about clinical excellence outside the hospital environment.

In this position, you will combine hands-on patient care with education and collaboration with physicians and care teams. Your day-to-day involves ensuring safe, coordinated, and high-quality outcomes for patients transitioning from the hospital to their homes. You will act as a clinical resource, working proactively with peers and interdisciplinary teams to resolve issues and optimize patient outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of care.
