The Respiratory Therapist – Ventilator Support serves as a Field Clinician dedicated to delivering specialized respiratory care to ventilator-dependent patients in home and alternate care settings. This role is designed for those passionate about clinical excellence and patient advocacy outside the traditional hospital environment.
In this position, you will combine hands-on patient care with education and collaboration. You will work alongside physicians and care teams to ensure safe, coordinated, and high-quality outcomes. The role involves managing complex transitions from hospital to home, ensuring that highly technical patients receive the continuity of care they need to thrive in their own environments.
