About the Role

As a Respiratory Therapist specializing in Ventilator Support, you will serve as a Field Clinician delivering specialized respiratory care to ventilator-dependent patients in home and alternate care settings. This role is designed for those passionate about clinical excellence outside the hospital environment.

You will combine hands-on patient care with education and collaboration with physicians and care teams to support safe, coordinated, and high-quality outcomes. Your day will involve performing clinical assessments, participating in discharge planning for highly technical patients, and instructing patients and caregivers on ventilator units and proper equipment use. You will act as a clinical resource, collaborating proactively with peers and interdisciplinary teams to resolve issues and optimize patient outcomes while ensuring accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
