As a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) within the Cardiopulmonary department at Resurrection Medical Center, you will deliver high-level respiratory therapy treatments and pulmonary diagnostic services in a high-acuity, critical care environment. This role is designed for professionals who thrive on advanced respiratory cases and wish to make a direct impact on patient outcomes across all populations.
You will partner with interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, and implement care, managing complex ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP, and high-flow oxygen systems. From performing critical diagnostics like ABGs and PFTs to responding to code blue and rapid response events, your work ensures the highest standard of care in a dynamic Chicago Metro setting. The position offers a unique opportunity for career growth within a large healthcare system, with the potential to serve as a Lead RCP during assigned shifts.
Based in the Chicago Metro Area, Illinois, this role offers a big-city lifestyle with a strong healthcare market.
