The Respiratory Therapist (RRT) serves as a vital member of the Cardiopulmonary team at Resurrection Medical Center, delivering high-acuity respiratory therapy treatments and pulmonary diagnostic services in a critical care environment. This role is designed for clinicians who thrive on advanced respiratory cases and wish to make a direct impact on patient outcomes across all populations.
You will partner with interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, and implement care, managing complex ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP, and high-flow oxygen systems. From performing pulmonary diagnostics to responding to code blue and rapid response events, your work ensures patients receive the highest standard of respiratory support. The position offers the opportunity to serve as a Lead RCP during assigned shifts, fostering leadership within the department.
