About the Role
The Respiratory Therapist (RRT) serves as a vital member of the Cardiopulmonary team at Resurrection Medical Center, delivering high-acuity respiratory therapy treatments and pulmonary diagnostic services in a critical care environment. This role is designed for professionals who thrive in fast-paced settings, managing advanced respiratory cases and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to drive positive patient outcomes.
Working a 3x12-hour night shift schedule, you will assess patients, develop care plans, and implement treatments ranging from airway management to ventilator support. The position offers the opportunity to serve as a Lead RCP during assigned shifts and respond to code blue and rapid response events.
