About the Role
The Respiratory Therapist (RRT) serves as a vital member of the Cardiopulmonary team at Resurrection Medical Center, delivering high-acuity respiratory therapy and pulmonary diagnostic services in a critical care environment. This role is designed for clinicians who thrive in advanced respiratory cases, working across all patient populations to assess needs, plan care, and implement life-saving treatments.
You will manage complex ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP, and high-flow oxygen systems while responding to code blue and rapid response events. The position offers a dynamic day-to-day rhythm, balancing direct patient care with interdisciplinary collaboration to drive optimal outcomes. As a Respiratory Care Practitioner II, you may also step into a leadership role as the Lead RCP during assigned shifts.
