About the Role
We are seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join our team at UCHealth Memorial Hospital Central in Colorado Springs. In this role, you will practice at the top of your scope within a technologically complex clinical setting, managing ventilator integration, adaptive pulmonary support, and airway management across multiple levels of care.
You will be part of a multidisciplinary team where values and effective partnership drive exceptional care outcomes. Your day-to-day will involve utilizing respiratory therapy protocols and best practices to promote optimized patient care, prioritizing wellness and evidence-based practice. You will also have the opportunity to model proficiency by precepting those new to healthcare and to contribute to safety and quality at the point of care. The clinical environment is fast-paced and innovative, welcoming new knowledge and encouraging internal growth through clinical ladders and process improvement projects at the unit, division, regional, or system level.
