About the Role

The Respiratory Therapist – Ventilator Support serves as a Field Clinician dedicated to delivering specialized respiratory care to ventilator-dependent patients in home and alternate care settings. This role is designed for those passionate about clinical excellence and patient advocacy outside the hospital environment.

In this position, you will combine hands-on patient care with education and collaboration with physicians and care teams. Your work ensures safe, coordinated, and high-quality outcomes for patients transitioning from acute care to the comfort of their homes. You will act as a clinical resource, resolving issues and optimizing patient outcomes through proactive collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
