As a Respiratory Therapist at UCHealth, you will practice in a technologically complex clinical setting, managing ventilator integration, adaptive pulmonary support, and airway management across multiple levels of care. This role offers the opportunity to provide top-of-scope practice in direct patient care while contributing to safety and quality at the point of care.
You will be part of a dynamic team where clinical ladders encourage internal growth and promotional opportunities. This includes the chance to lead or participate in clinical and process improvement projects at the unit, division, regional, or system level. We also value the mentorship of new team members, offering you the chance to model proficiency by precepting those new to imaging and/or UCHealth.
This position is located at the UCHealth Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland, Colorado. It is a full-time night shift role (72 hours per pay period) with a 13-week contract assignment, including extension options. Local traveler contract options are available for those residing within 75 miles.
