About the Role
In this role, you will provide comprehensive respiratory care to patients, performing assessments, administering therapies, managing ventilators, and educating patients and families. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes while adhering to strict safety and quality standards. The position requires adapting quickly to new hospital environments, policies, and workflows while maintaining professional conduct and high clinical performance.
Hiring Process
Candidates selected for this role will be expected to travel between assignments as scheduled, maintaining readiness for varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The role involves responding rapidly to respiratory emergencies, including codes and rapid response calls, delivering safe and effective interventions under pressure.

Requirements
- verifiedActive Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential
- verifiedCurrent state respiratory care license (or eligibility for licensure) in assignment state(s)
- verifiedCurrent BLS certification
- verifiedCurrent ACLS certification (PALS and/or NRP preferred)
- verifiedExperience with ventilator management and non-invasive ventilation in acute-care settings
