About the Role

As a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) within the Cardiopulmonary department at Resurrection Medical Center, you will deliver high-level respiratory therapy treatments and pulmonary diagnostic services in a high-acuity, critical care environment. This role is designed for clinicians who thrive on advanced respiratory cases and want to make a direct impact on patient outcomes across all populations.

You will partner with interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, and implement care, managing complex ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP, and high-flow oxygen systems. From responding to code blue events to performing critical diagnostics like ABGs and PFTs, your work ensures patients receive timely, expert care. The position offers a fast-paced day-in-the-life where you can serve as a Lead RCP during assigned shifts, driving quality and efficiency in a dynamic Chicago Metro setting.
