As part of our Respiratory Therapy department, you play a vital role in supporting patient recovery and well-being across our network of hospitals.
This position serves as a dedicated Respiratory Therapist at SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City. As a PRN (as-needed) team member, you will provide essential evaluation and care for patients requiring respiratory support. Your work involves administering prescribed therapeutic services, developing individualized plans of care based on patient diagnoses, and monitoring patient conditions to ensure the highest standards of treatment.
In this role, you will be the bridge between medical orders and patient outcomes. You will educate patients and their families about health conditions, connect them with community support resources, and maintain the critical equipment necessary for advanced respiratory care. Whether responding to medical emergencies or managing routine treatments, you will work in a constant state of alertness to ensure patient safety and effective care delivery.
Candidates must hold the appropriate state-specific licenses and certifications for the location of work (Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, or Wisconsin), including Basic Life Support (BLS) and Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credentials.
