We are seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Construction Superintendent to oversee the construction of high-quality homes from start to finish in the Livingston - St Tammany Parish area. This role is responsible for managing subcontractors, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with specifications — all while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
As the on-site leader, you will serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, realtors, and stakeholders, ensuring a seamless homebuilding experience. Your day-to-day involves coordinating complex schedules, conducting rigorous quality inspections, and resolving design or construction issues proactively. You will ensure that every project reflects our commitment to professionalism, safety, and superior workmanship.
Candidates must be based in the build zone to effectively manage local projects and relationships.

Requirements
