About the Role

As a Driver – CDL (B), you are the frontline of our commitment to safety and service. You will safely operate a collection truck along a designated route, ensuring prompt, courteous, and complete waste removal for our diverse customer base, which includes small businesses, major corporations, and municipalities.

Your day involves more than just driving; you are responsible for the integrity of our operations. This includes performing rigorous pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections, monitoring waste for unacceptable materials, and maintaining the cleanliness of the truck and work area. You will interact daily with customers, dispatchers, and supervisors, acting as a professional ambassador for the company. By adhering to all safety policies and completing daily vehicle condition reports, you help minimize downtime and ensure that our fleet remains operationally ready.

Hiring Process
