Residential Driver

About the Role

The Residential Driver is the frontline of our waste removal services, dedicated to safely and efficiently collecting solid waste and recyclables for our customers. This role is essential to maintaining clean communities and ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics network. You will be responsible for navigating curbside and backdoor routes, operating specialized collection vehicles, and managing the entire process from pickup to transport at post-collection facilities.

Beyond the mechanics of driving and loading, this position requires a professional demeanor when interacting with the public. You will serve as the face of the company, representing our commitment to service excellence while adhering to strict safety and environmental standards. The role involves managing assigned helpers, maintaining vehicle inventory, and collaborating with supervisors to optimize routing efficiencies.
