We are seeking compassionate and dependable Resident Aides to support our ODR Interim Housing program. As a Resident Aide on the Grave Shift, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, stability, and wellbeing of residents throughout the night. Your presence helps maintain a structured, supportive environment that promotes recovery, dignity, and independence.
This role offers an opportunity to support residents during essential overnight hours (Saturday and Sunday, 11:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.) in Watts, CA. You will work alongside skilled professionals who value empathy, integrity, and collaboration, helping clients achieve recovery, stability, and independence.
